If you plan on putting up outdoor holiday decorations after work, early this week, you find chilly temperatures and mainly dry conditions. For those of you who put up a real Christmas tree, it's best to take some steps to help prevent the tree catching fire. Most fires are due to electrical failures.  The trees need to stay hydrated, so make watering them a part of your daily routine through the season.Substantial rainfall and potential flooding in the Pacific Northwest is expected as a prolonged Atmospheric River flows in through the middle of next week.
